 Pastor Jason and Lisa Stoops are the founders and leaders of The Rock Church, a gathering centered on Jesus and grounded in the Word of God. With a heart to see people know who they are in Christ and grow in their relationship with Him, they are passionate about creating a church where people can encounter God, learn the truth of His Word, be equipped to live it out, and use the gifts God has placed within them. Their desire is simple: to build people who are rooted in the Word, centered on Jesus, led by the Spirit, and empowered by grace. 

Jason has over 30 years of ministry experience and has served in a wide range of leadership roles. He has planted churches, traveled as an evangelist across the country, and carries a true pastor’s heart for people. He brings steady, grounded leadership and a deep passion for building others so individuals and families can grow in faith and walk in freedom.

Lisa carries a strong calling to teach and equip, helping people renew their minds with the truth of God’s Word and walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose. As a business leader, she has also equipped thousands of people to step into their calling with clarity and confidence, bringing a practical and faith-filled approach to growth and transformation.

Together, they are passionate about strengthening the Body of Christ and pointing people back to the simplicity and power of the Gospel. They have been married for 20 years, have three children, and live in Georgia.
